3 The no-fee early upgrades benefit only applies to Android customers who are enrolled in a protection plan. Customers with Apple smartphones do not pay an upgrade fee regardless of protection plan enrollment.

4 Applies when service is provided through an Assurant-authorized repair center when and where repair service is available; otherwise, a replacement is available for the mechanical and electrical failure and accidental damage – all other service fee of $99 (Tier 1), $149 (Tier 2), $249 (Tier 3), $399 (Tier 4), or $449 (Tier 5).

Property insurance (lost, stolen and accidental damage coverage) in New York is underwritten by American Security Insurance Company. Property insurance (for lost and stolen coverage) in all other states is underwritten by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida. The Service Contract Provider is Federal Warranty Service Corporation in all states, except in California where the Provider is Sureway, Inc.; in Florida where the Provider is United Service Protection, Inc., and in Oklahoma where the Provider is Assurant Service Protection, Inc. There is no service contract in New York. These companies operate under the trade name Assurant.
